All Over Printing

Water Based Printing
Water based ink screen printing does not contain PVC nor phthalates making them an environmentally friendly choice. Water based ink ingredients are non-toxic, lead-free and do not contain any heavy metals. As such, they are safe for use with a variety of products. OCS’ professional staff is experienced in producing the most demanding water-based printing including all over printing.

Discharge Printing
Discharge is a specialty ink used in screen printing, especially for dark color garments. It results in a very soft hand look, shows the shirt's natural fiber instead of laying a thick layer of ink on top of the shirt, and can be printed as pure discharge or with pigments added so that the result is a colored discharge print. OCS offers discharge printing to customers with its in-house printing and dryer machines suitable for discharge printing.
